I have been using the MODA software for a while, and I would say that this is such a great tool for enhancing the communication with my clients.

Arlene: I have been using the MODA software for a while, and I would say that this is such a great tool for enhancing the communication with my clients. In the past, I would have my clients coming to my centre with their weekly food record every week for the follow up. Although it’s just a weekly meeting, the absence rate is quite high due to the tight schedule for most busy people in Hong Kong. And this has definitely affected the weight loss progress.

After applying the MODA software, my clients will just have to record what they have eaten, either by words or by photos, and enter them into APP. For their convenience, my clients will just have to step onto the weight, which has already linked to the MODA system, once a week. In this case, I can easily track my clients’ food record, weight record, fat percentage, follow up with my clients and create better results.

Nevertheless, by using the MODA software, I can follow up with my clients who have already emigrated to other countries, and even the mothers have just given birth, helping my clients to achieve optimal fitness anytime anywhere!
